Story of Robin Hood Vol. 11 3D Slides and Viewer – Radex Stereo Co. Los Angeles
3-D Story of Robin Hood V. 11 (Radex Stereo Co., Los Angeles) – This collectible contains the viewer and six colorful 3-D slides and the original order form for additional slides. The box is in good, but not great, condition. The top and bottom left-hand corners have tape (the bottom to secure a binding split), all the edges have color loss, the top right-hand corner has wear and rounding and some brown stains, the bottom right-hand corner has wear, rounding and is bent slightly inward; the right-hand side has an impact dent; the back side has wear and rounding at all corners, as well as color loss at all edges, the top left-hand corner is bent inward, the bottom left-hand corner has a crease/bend, the bottom right-hand corner and spine is abraded, the right-hand edge has some paper loss and an abrasion near the bottom; slides 1, 2, 3 and 6 have creasing at the center; both front-side plastic lenses have some wear, the lenses closest to the eyes are reflecting a chandelier and are not broken (I’ve included a different angle to illustrate they are intact); the internal box has some foxing. Still, it is a nice collectible for any Robin Hood fan. Additional details and/or pictures can be provided if needed. Shipped by USPS First Class Package.

It may not be exact due to this (albeit as close as possible). The measurements for the dachshund toy dogs are as follows: MAMA DOG: 2″ width; 1 &3/4″ height ~ TWO PUPPIES: 1″ in width; 3/4″ in height DESCRIPTION: This auction features a small package of vintage toy figures. These are in the image of a mama dachshund dog and her two little pups. Although they are all sealed, all three pieces appear to be a brown color and show the dogs in an alert standing position. As noted above, these pieces are sealed in the original packaging. The top has the original company name of, “The Toy House.” This particular toy’s name appears to be “Pocket Pets.” Although I know they are likely not related to the little pocket dolls of the ’80s, I have to believe that this was probably gave someone an idea for the later versions! The upper right corner has a price of just 49 cents (!!!). In addition, there are no bar codes or tags seen. The exterior does say that they were “Made in the British Crown Colony of Hong Kong.” In researching this particular marking, it looks like it was used between the 1950s to 1970s. The back of the packaging is completely blank. As the pictures suggest, the packaging on this is definitely showing it’s age at this point (which is easily 50s+ years!). The cardboard backing is curling and worn, and the clear plastic top — which amazingly still intact — does have fading and soiling. There are also some tears to the corners, and at least one rub or tear on the top middle (please see pics for this). Although I know all of this is quite obvious, I did still want to note it. Still — with everything considered — the fact that the little dogs are still wrapped up inside the package is somewhat amazing to me! Please do view the pictures as a part of the overall description, as I do feel they are an essential part of the item description. CONDITION: PACKAGED DACHSHUNDS = Good & ACTUAL PACKAGING = FAIR MINUS ~ I am considering the age and use of this item when factoring the condition rating. Considering the difference in condition between the packaging and the actual items, I really feel it is important that I separate their rating too. Generally speaking, I do feel the dachshunds themselves should be considering in at least Fair condition — if not Good! This is particularly considering the fact that they have never been actually played with! The packaging itself, though, obviously has its flaws. The cardboard backing is curling and worn, and the clear plastic top — which is amazingly still intact — does have fading and soiling. There are also some tears to the corners, and at least one rub or tear on the top middle (please see pics for this). I am specifically noting this as I do understand that the package condition is very important to some people. PLEASE view the pictures to see if this is something that will bother you! As I said above, the toy dogs look to be doing just fine — but it is certainly important that the auction be considered as a whole. Please keep this in mind! I think — as long as the wear of the packaging can be overlooked — I really believe this is a very neat RARE item that would be a great addition to any vintage toy collection. With age and use considered, I would still say the dogs would be considering in Good condition for the age and the packaging would be considered in Fair MINUS condition for the age of it.
