In used condition and from a smoke-free home but not a pet free home. It has not been washed and will be up to the buyer to do so. I do not know if he is safe to put in a washer or dryer. He is vintage and tag states 1975, product of Korea, copyright R. Dakin & CO. Light wear is shown on the pink ribbon around his neck. Small dirt spot on head shown in picture. His tag says he is composed of ground nut shells and shredded clippings. He has that bean bag like feeling to his body. His head feels like a solid plush material with hard plastic eyes, pink felt like material for his ears, tongue, and tail. Size: 6" tall x 7" wide x 4.5" deep.
