This antique vintage 1960’s-70's Smokey The Bear Plastic Canteen is a nostalgic piece from the 1960’s/1970s featuring the beloved character Smokey the Bear. This 6" brown bear canteen toy comes with the original red plastic strap which is hard to find. It also has both paper eyes in tact, but the eye on the right is starting to lift. The original cap is also included. The back has a raised slogan “Smokey says only you can prevent forest fires.” The toy embodies the theme of Smokey The Bear and childhood memories from the 1960s-70s, making it a unique and sought-after piece for vintage toy collectors and nostalgia enthusiasts.
