The product is a rare vintage handmade 1940 scarecrow doll from Edith von Arps. Contains no metal skeleton as is with most baps dolls. I have never seen another one or another wizard of oz doll by Edith von arps. Extremely rare and very early doll. View photos for condition. The doll is roughly 4” tall.
