These pulp magazines were popularized during the 1940s & 1950s as inexpensive reading material. An unusual find from a long by-gone era. All include colorful graphic covers. Three diffent: (#1) "ZANE GREY'S WESTERN MAGAZINE" - December 1951 Dell Publishing Co., Vol. 5, No. 10. 160 pages. Outstanding b&w inner cover art with b&w illustrated inner content. (#2) THE WESTERN NOVEL CLASSIC "GUNSMOKE GALOOT" By L. Ernenwein – Circa 1946 Hillman Publishing, No. 90. 128 pages. First Paperback Ed. & 1st Printing. (#3) A GUNFIRE WESTERN NOVEL "DESERT WATER" By Sinclair Drago – Circa 1945 Hillman Publishing, No. 32. 128 pages. Paperback Ed. A nice graphic assortment of classic cowboy "pulps". YOU ARE BUYING ALL THREE FOR ONE MONEY. Condition on all is considered GOOD to FAIR with miscellaneous surface/stain/edge wear. Several cover edge tears (largest approx. 3/4") with lower edge spine tears on each (largest approx. 1-1/4"). Moderate surface creasing with scattered inner edge tears (largest approx. 3/4"). Lower inner binding loosening on first 25 pages of Zane Grey pulp. Otherwise, all bound well & appear complete on all. Overall, despite defects, we feel these are still in very displayable and serviceable condition by most standards (see photos).
